Unlike the Inspire HR, the Inspire does not have the Exercise App that helps you record exercise sessions. It still has the auto-recognize feature that will automatically recognize and log some activities, but that is more limited and not as reliable. Or you can go in and manually log a workout after the fact, but that overwrites the data actually recorded. If that feature is important to you, you might want to consider returning your Inspire for an Inspire HR if possible.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
