I use health connect to sync my workouts to Fitbit. They will show up in the phone app but not on the watch. Using a pixel watch 3 and a pixel 9 pro. All my apps are up to date.

Hello @Dabbifresh

From the your post in the Pixel Watch community about this issue, you mentioned that the Morning Brief is where you don't see your exercise days. When you open the Fitbit Today app on your Pixel Watch, does the Exercise tile show the same as the Morning Brief?

Out of curiosity, what workouts are you tracking in Health Connect? I take it that you don't wear your Pixel Watch when you do those workouts.

It doesn't show up in either. I just don't go looking for it in the today app, but I see it every morning on the briefing.

I wear my watch when I workout . I'm just not using Fitbit to track it. I use the Hevy app to plan and progress through my workouts, which syncs to health connect which syncs the info to Fitbit .

Hello @Dabbifresh

Thank you for taking the time to provide the additional information.

Based on what you shared, it looks to me that syncing between the Pixel Watch & Fitbit app is one way for Exercise days. It seems to go from the watch to the app, but not from the app to the watch. I don't think there's any troubleshooting steps we can recommend to get the app to sync Exercise days to the watch.

What you can do is submit Feedback in both the Pixel Watch and Fitbit apps. In the Pixel Watch app, tap on Tips & support to get to Feedback. In the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

You can also submit this as a feature request in the Product Feedback forum (<-- click link). I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.

After you submit your feature request, please consider replying to this thread with a link to the request so that other users can add their vote & comments.
