FITBIT Surge wont switch between bluetooth options and doesnt sync.

Gday all,

 

My Fitbit Surge isnt allowing me to switch between bluetooth options, all that happens is it restarts and the bluetooth option is the same as before the restart. I also cant sync with my phone (Samsung Galaxy s7)

Any help resolving these issues would be much appreciated.

Hello @Jkrgood, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I would like to know more details about it does not let you to switch between bluetooth option? As you know your tracker wont work as any other bluetooth devices and is require the Fitbit app to have access to all the features.
