Hello, 

I have Samsung S4. My phone can pair to Fitbit Charge 2 but it says " Unable to communicate with Fitbit charge 2". I have already tried to restart my phone, the tracker and the app but my phone still can not connect to the tracker. However,  my Fitbit can connect with my laptop.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi there @dvlsvuive, its nice to see new users around our Fitbit Community. For Galaxy S4 the minimum OS is Android 4.3 or newer. So make sure your phone is running a compatible OS version.

 

If your tracker is syncing with your computer but not with your phone I recommend to take a look at this post for additional help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
