My daughter has wanted a fitbit for ages and seeing the family function I decided to give in. She absolutely hated the Ace trackers (they're for children and she's nearly 8 after all!) so we decided on an inspire tracker. I have charged it and gone to add it to the family section and it won't let me? Am I missing something here? Surely there is a way to add any fitbit tracker to the family section........
We ran into the same problem. I just set my daughter (10) up with a regular account using my own email address so that I can readily monitor it (not that it's been a problem so far, but there are plenty of scammers/spammers out there and I'd rather play it safe.)
