Feedback about Customer Service - My experience

I've had to interact with fitbit tech service and app service twice in 2 months. Both times they have Not been helpful - Not resolved the issue and now I've been shuffled off to this community forum board instead of fixing the issues. Your products aren't unique anymore - they could easily be replaced by many many different companies
