The app was working fine when I first got it and I have been using it since 2014. I was starting and joining challenges and asking friends. Just recently my dad got a for but so I went to add him and it wont find him. It doesn't show anyone from my contacts except a name of a company. And Tony step mom is trying to get me to join a challenge and it says I have one but then when I click on it, it says there isn't a challenge. I have gone through all the settings and made sure things were allowed. I have shut off the phone and the Fitbit. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall my Fitbit app?

As for adding Dad. .Do you have an email address for him? Choose invite by email then type/paste his address in 

When it comes to people inviting you to a challenge. Click on the link in the email you received. Or go to the challenge page. you should see an existing challenge. With waiting for a reply.
