The app in my Samsung is trying to upgrade my fitbit one firmware, but fail in search. This happens recently. Now, there is no way I can sync up with fitbit device.
Is this the end of my fitbit?

Hi there @HenryC, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! If the app is telling you there is an update available for your tracker possible there is one. So my recommendation is to try the following steps:
- Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in this post.
- Try the firmware update again. If it doesn't work, reboot your mobile device and try the update again.
- Try the firmware update again. If it doesn't work, on a different mobile device or computer (if available) log into your Fitbit account and try updating your firmware.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I've tried all these steps and I still can't get my firmware to update. Any other suggestions? Literally just bought this Fitbit.

If you have a Google Pixel 2 (by the way excellent phone!) it means you are using Android 9. There is a long thread where it is discussed what it seems an incompatibility of One with Android 9.
All I can do it to suggest you to contact Customer Support.
