There is a red arrow at the top on the Android app saying new firmware. Am I supposed to click on it? Sorry for random question I'm new to this. Thank you

Welcome to the forums!

 

Yes, that's a notification from the app that there is a pending update to be applied to the tracker. If you go to the forum for your particular model, there should be a sticky thread from a moderator explaining the update and what it does.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
