Hello @Juanll1, great to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if the total count of active minutes isn't showing on your Ionic or the issue is limited only to the Fitbit app?
Active minutes are calculate based on your metabolic equivalents (METs). METs help measure the energy expenditure of various activities as indicators for exercise intensity. If the exercise is moderate or the activity is presenting low intensity, then active minutes will be lower due to this will not indicate the total time of your exercise; only those minutes where you have reached a high peak of intensity during your exercise will count.
If the same activity gives you active minutes one day and fewer active minutes the next day, remember that the intensity of exercise is key. Often what seems like the exact same amount of effort over the same distance in fact differs slightly enough to change your active minutes total.
Hope this information helps and let me know additional details if the issue keep persisting.
