I have had the Fitbit app up and running since January but after the update, the app stopped working. As discussed in previous posts I deleted it from my phone Motorola G5s plus running Android 8.1.0 and reinstalled this made things worse as the app will not even open know any advice pls

Best AnswerI've seen lots of cases where it worked with an unapproved device until a App update comes along but doesn't work with the update. If you are using an unapproved device, you have to expect problems along the way.
