Fit bit not syncing with Samsung Note 4

My flex stopped working synching last week to my phone and my computer.  I have reset it, uninstalled, reinstalled the app on  the phone and the computer and nothing.  I reached out to support and have yet to hear back from them and its been over a week.   I had this happen one time before and the unintsall reinstall worked with no problem this time nothing is working.

@sweetspcl, did you try restarting your phone?

Did you ever get an answer? I have the exact same phone and fit bit and I'm having the same problem.
