Are they compatible? 

It wasnt syncing so i removed the device and now it wont pair! Please help!!!

I don't see it on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so this may be a problem. However, it may just be that it's not on that list as they haven't tested it yet. So, it's worth trying the normal troubleshooting steps:
