My fitbit was on the charger all night and did not charge. Usely it charges in 2 hours. I only had 3 months. Please help

Hi @MariahP and welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having this issue. Which Fitbit device do you have?  It sounds like you need to restart it. Tap here for general instructions. You will have to scroll down and select your device. One important thing to remember when charging is to check to make sure your device is set properly on the charger. For many of the devices, you want to make sure you feel the vibration and see the Fitbit logo. But I can be more specific once I know which device you have.
