Hi I just bought a versa 2 and it will not connect too my phone I have tried the setup lots of times now with no luck. Any help will be appreciated

Can you provide more information? What phone do you have and how far into the setup process of the app did you get?

I have the same issue. It says all is connected but my fitbit is pretty much a basic watch now. I've tried adding the versa2 over and over but still doesn't allow me to switch to functions on the fitbit itself. When i unpair it, it wont allow me to reconnect and have to add the device again.
No notifications are coming through. Samsung 8+
