Fit charge 3 alarm time is wrong

Has anyone else found that the time that you set your alarm for is not the time the alarm go off I live in time zone +2 and if I want my alarm to go off at 7am I need to set my alarm for 5am this is so wrong never had this issue with my other fitbits

@Teresafitness A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your alarms aren't working as they should. Try manually setting your timezone on your phone by tapping the account button > advance settings then timezone and select the correct one. Now delete all alarms, sync your tracker and set them up again and see how they behave.
