Anyone having issues syncing with the fitbit app? Mine just says error and to try again

@Emzjs08, I am not experiencing any problems syncing with the Android app. I am running the latest version 2.49 of the app.

I am also having this problem. I just bought my Fitbit, and have downloaded the latest version of the Android app. But it says to update the application to continue. I've tried resetting the Fitbit, resetting my phone, and reinstalling the app.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

@LovelyLiterary, if you are getting a message that you need to update the Fitbit app, but the play store says you have the current one, that indicates that your phone's operating system is too old to run the newer versions of the app. If you open the Account screen on the app, then select Help it will tell you what version of the Fitbit app you have - the current version is 2.49.

Mines been saying error but reboot phone and syncs,all this since last update,really fed up off this,same every update therss a problem,why dont they test first before release

Mine doesn't say error, but it takes well over 10 minutes and about 6% of my phone's battery. Then, tiles disappear randomly. Tiles show no data, but sometimes the data is in there if I click the tile, sometimes it's not. Sometimes, the totals are there, but there's a message saying "no measurements" which makes no sense to tell me I've walked 3.86 miles but there is no measurement.
The app is now pretty much worthless.

Iv not left mine that long,if i restart my phone ut synchs,maybe a quicker way for you
