FitBit Blaze not Syncing Consistently

My Fitbit is not syncing, and it hasn't synced since 7/6/18. The only things that are counting in the App are calories but my Blaze watch is counting everything normally. I saw there was a data issue with android devices (I have an LG) so I re-installed and updated, then restarted my phone. No improvement. Is this an additional problem people are seeing recently?

Thanks for trying all of the troubleshooting steps that have been recommended.

 

In this case I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

  • What phone are you using to sync your Blaze?
  • When did this start happening?

In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you go through all of the steps in this help article. I understand that you might have already tried some, if not all, of those steps but let's try to give it another shot by going through them in the order they show up.
