Hi! I have a Versa 2 and the weirdest thing happened: on Friday, I used my tracker to track a walk I took. After I ended it, it didn't load in the exercise section like it usually does. No biggie that is until today. Not did it load from Friday with an estimated 134 hours of exercise but it wiped out all of my exercise data done after that! So all of my data from Saturday - today is gone. Any thoughts on how to get it back?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
