I did a soft reset on my phone. No change. Next I uninstalled the Fitbit App. Reset my phone again then reinstalled the Fitbit App - still no change. The only thing I can think of is the recent update to the App over the weekend is not compatible with my Droid Mini. If that's the case I will be extremely upset.

Fitbit stopped tracking steps on Monday. Plugged it into the charger, turned it off, then back on. Been fine since. This usually happens every few months or so. Then had trouble syncing on my phone. Shut-down phone as suggested on a forum and had worked since. Then had trouble syncing on the computer. Shut-down computer and it's worked since. I think the automatic time change may have caused some trouble? We will see in a few days it this keeps working. Thanks to everyone.

Yes, yesterday afternoon my Flex1 stopped synching the food log from MFP and also not synching the steps/exercise in the other direction.
Tried all the steps re switching off phone etc etc. No change. Has there been an update.

My fit bit one also hasn't synced since 23.52 on Monday night. Ive tried alsorts

Just sorted mine out read on another forum if you put you fit bit into the charger unit plug it into the USB and switch charger on whilst doing this hold the fit bit button down for 15 seconds then unplug it, switch fit bit back on, restart you phone or tablet then it should sync.
