FitBit app Deletes Exercise

About 3 times in the last week I've tracked exercise on my phone and the whole thing has worked properly, the time and distance shows up properly and I press finish then my summary comes up but once I go back to the dashboard my exercise has disappeared! Anyone know why this is happening? I have a Sony xperia Z2

Make sure having the latest fitbit app version installed.


Free to logout / in to the app if not already done.

I had exactly same issue today 😞 I have Sony Xperia X and app is installed two days ago.

Is it possible to get solution from Fitbit company? Today I logged two walking exercises and app doesn´t show these under my exercises. 

I have uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled it, logged out and again in, but result is same. And I have the latest version of Fitbit app.

I too have found this. It is pretty annoying. I am using a Samsung S7 with everything up to date. If I start the exercise from the Blaze it works but the distance measured is out by 10% which has never been fixed. If I need accuracy I have to track the exercise using the app.

 

What causes this is once an exercise is finished (walks in my case) and you press finished and get the finished message and the map screen, the next button you press is critical. If you press the back arrow at the top of the screen the exercise is wiped and you never seen it again. If you press the Android back button by the menu button it works and saves the exercise.

 

Fitbit, please fix this.
