Hi @ChristineJo1,

I assume you're talking about the Charge 3?

Fitbit maintains a single list of supported devices across all their trackers. Some people have gotten non-supported phones to sync (but maybe not do notifications well), so you'd do well to search these forums for a particular phone model and see it anyone has got it to work or not.

I wouldn't expect the Charge 3 to support more or different phones than the other models, since they've always published that singular list of compatible devices. Best of luck.

Thanks, Dave.  Yes, I was referring to the Charge 3 🙂  Hopefully Fitbit will add to their supported device list soon, as it is not worth upgrading if there are still compatibility issues.
