I have been using my Galaxy J7 V since 2018 and the Fitbit app has worked fine with Charge2 and Charge5. My Charge5 is working fine. But suddenly, as of 4:00 pm EDT yesterday, not all of my data is showing up on the Fitbit app. Total steps, miles, energy, and exercise time are updating. But steps are not transferred for the hourly step count or exercises. I have no sleep data or health metrics in the app today.
Update: I found that my watch was not tracking my heart rate. I tried to restart the watch as instructed, but it won't restart. I cleaned the back of the watch (it did need cleaning), and now it is tracking heart rate again, and it transferred the latest hourly steps, but not the previously obtained hourly steps for today. It still won't restart after the cleaning. This explains why I didn't get sleep stats, but why didn't it transfer hourly/exercise steps?
