Ive tried everything and nothing works. My fitbit has synced in 2 days and i dont want to lose all my data. What can i do? Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped, clear cache, unpaired everything, phone and fitbit has full charge.

Thanks for bringing this up and for troubleshooting on your own.
It could be that the connection stopped working for some reason. Let's try to remove the Alta HR from your phone's Bluetooth and then run the setup process again. That should let your Fitbit sync correctly to your phone.
