Fitbit Alta unable to sync

My Alta has been unable to sync since the 11th of August. No idea what's going on. Keeps saying unable to reach fitbit.com

It's great to see you around @Chantelle_Desro. If your tracker is not syncing with your Android Fitbit app, I recommend checking if phone is a compatible mobile device and following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your Alta should work properly.
