Hello
From 22.6.2022 when I log food in the Android app it is shown only in the device where I recorded it and it is not synchronized with my account. When I log food using web page it is shown everywhere. When I try to create a new custom food in Android application I'm not able to change units to anything else than 'bar'.
My application version is 3.59.1 running on Android 12. No newer version of the application is available for me in the Play Store.
Best Regards
Pavel

Best AnswerHi
I found that when adding food in the Android app the 'Recent' list there is not updated. The most recent record in the list is for the last food added from the app on 22.6.2022 around 18:30 CEST.
When adding food via the web page the 'Recent' list there works as expected.
Best Regards
Pavel

Hello everyone.
Thanks for reaching out regarding the food entries on the Fitbit app. This is a general situation that has already been reported. Fitbit is already working on a solution. I recently received the v3.62 Fitbit app. Updates are usually rolled out gradually. Pleas expect an app update soon. I appreciate your patience.
This is the same issue as reported in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Android-Fitbit-app-not-tracking-food-and-calories-intake...
And the latest update - 3.62 - still does NOT fix it. This is so disappointing, FitBit. Get your act together and fix this, please.
This has not been working for me since 28 May 2022. I have not removed and reinstalled the app since I would now lose six weeks of data. Neither of the last two updates have fixed any of this. This is really making me reconsider buying a Fitbit at all.
I had to restart my phone after the 3.62 update.
Before restarting, the issue was worse than before the update, but now it appears to be working normally.
The sodium count is wrong, but the log and macros are right.
I'm on Android v12.
Different versions of Android may be experiencing different issues.
Best AnswerLog your data via fitbit's website.
That's what I've done for the last week and it automatically synced after I restarted my phone post 3.62 update.
Yeah but will it bring back all of our lost data entries caused by the regular incompetence of this Fit bit app? Samsung Watch is looking better all the time!!
Best AnswerThis is beyond getting old! What a waste of money, time and effort on such an incompetent Fitbit App. Not a positive experience at all!
Best AnswerFor other reasons, I had to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on my Galaxy A53 5G very recently, have the updated 3.62 version of the Fitbit app, and the problem STILL EXISTS!
This problem has existed with me for about a month now, and all I've received from Fitbit is an email asking for screenshots along with a reason why I think the information listed under "nutrients" is incorrect (as if the screenshots don't tell the story themselves).
Best AnswerHello
I received another update and now I'm running version 3.63. After this update my food logs are synchronized again. I'm running the application on Android 12.
Regards
Pavel
Best AnswerThank you, Pavel. However, it didn't bring back my previous food entries that had been logged. I'm assuming those are lost for good..

Best AnswerHi MMGW
For me my food log history was synchronized as well. But I had only a few days missing.
I opened the web-based version every few days and re-entered my food log from mobile phone application to the web-based one. I tried to secure my data.
