Fitbit App Tile Settings Won't Stick

I keep editing and removing the sleep tile and the steps per hour and saving. Within a half hour one or both of them pops back in on it's own. I've tried saving using the checkmark top right and the done button at the bottom at least 50 times each. It never sticks.

Any ideas?

Ok, I just did it.

We'll see in a while if it's a good fix. It usually reverts within 30 minutes but sometimes in can be several hours. I'll post back later today.

Nope, took less than 5 minutes to revert back.

Will uninstalling the app delete my data too?

Maybe try uninstall and reinstall if it doesn't?

Hello @bobby131313 thank you for letting me know the issue still persists.Yes we can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It won't delete your data but I recommend to sync before you proceed.

If this is not helping, try to set your tracker as a replacement on your account, for more help use the instructions of this post.

Well, looks like that may have done it. 9 hours later and still staying put.
