Fitbit not syncing

I have just recently upgraded from the flex too the blaze and it's been a hassle trying to get the blaze syncing properly.  I have gone through all the motions with force stopping app, restarting app and phone, disconnecting Bluetooth and re-pairing with phone.  Nothing works.  I have all my location feature in and notifications on.  Nothing will work.  Also I have a Samsung galaxy S8+, wht is this the only galaxy phone that doesn't support notifications on fitbit?  Please help I'm about to ask for refund

Hello @Focused41, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. At the moment the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ still is being tested by our teams and is not listed as a supported device
