Recently started using the GPS tracker with the Fitbit app on my Gakaxy S7. T he first few time, it worked well and displayed distance, map of route, time per mile, etc. Starting las week, it tracks my distance and time, but does not display map. Once I hold the "finish" button, all of the info disappears. Map does not display and info that syncs to the app is tha same as when I go for my walks without using the GPS. I've checked for uninstalled updates an there are none as of this morning.

Hello @Blade0854, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community!
I was reading your GPS exercise is not displaying the map after finished the session. I'm wondering how you are tracking your exercise? Is it with MobileRun using the Fitbit app or is with Connected GPS?
If it is with MobileRun, let me know if by any chance you are pausing the exercise at some point of your exercise route.
For basic troubleshooting I would recommend to take a look at this recommendations: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
See you later and hope this helps.

Did you ever get resolution to your issue?? I had the same problem when I had the charge2. Sometimes I would get all of the data when I finished and sometimes not. Tried it today on my Ionic for the 1st tjms, which has built in GPS, but I still used the GPS on my S8. Everything was displayed until I pressed "finish", then I only got the calories, duration, #steps, etc.., but no route or distance

Blade0854...I just did a chat with a FITBIT customer service rep and he told me to turn off/unpair mobile track in the app. You can do this by going to your account in the app (top right rectangular button) and then turn off/unpair Mobile Track icon. The icon looks like a TV remote. I'll see if this fixed the problem on my run tomorrow
