The app is frozen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - worked for about 30 seconds then just froze. Crashed out of it, forced quit, and now won't open.
Very frustrating. What is the issue? Is it something to do with a recent update? I noticed yesterday that I had 20,000+ steps showing on both my watch and the app, yet I spent most of the day sat on my backside and would be surprised if the true number of steps was more than 1,000!

I understand where your frustration is coming from. I recommend you try clearing the cache and data of the Fitbit app from your phone's settings, then restart your phone and the app should work fine. About the extra steps, please restart your Fitbit device as instructed on this help article and test it out.
