Hi,
I am not being able to login to my fitbit app, re-installed, changed password, restarted phone and looked into the dashboard.
Any help?
I am on Android 10 btw.

I can get in the app, but all of my tiles are empty. I tried a dashboard sync and it said server down. Fitbit can you reply and let us know what is happening?

Originally I had the problem where the app came up blank.
Installed latest version and the got the message "Fitbit.com unavailable" when trying to login.
Go to Settings (for phone)
- Apps & Notifications
- App Info
- Fitbit
- Storage
and Clear Cache.
Restarted Fit app. Took a long time to sync but it is working again now.

This is happening to me too. App has logged me out and won't even let me log back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and made sure cache is clear, also I have restarted my phone, but still nothing 😞 Fitbit.com is obviously not down for maintenance as here we are - and also my password is obviously correct because I have logged in! Most frustrating!!!

Found an old post online that fixed it! Had to turn off wi-fi and turn on data, and then it worked. Hopefully the wi-fi connection will be better tomorrow 🙂
