Fitbit App on Samsung S7 will no longer sync

As of 6am 5/4/17 the Android app will not sync. There was an update on the S7 yesterday. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Have rebooted phone twice. Have uninstalled app and reinstalled app. Checked settings. Not sure what I am missing. Feeling frustrated.

I'm having the same exact issue. I've tried everything but it continues to not sync

Have you tried rebooting your fitbit device (not the app)?

 Customer service sent tips.  One worked. Plug the One into charger. Hold on/off button for 12sec. Unplug and restart One. It finally resynced.

Yes. It did not work. But plugging One into charget and holding down on/off button for 12sec then unplugged and turned on One did.  A tip from Cust. Service
