Fitbit App showing different step counts

I'm struggling to work out why the Fitbit app is showing me two different step counts. 

On one hand the dashboard shows one value.

But when click on it I get the below

When comparing to Google fit it has my step count similar to the 9.3k count.

Sometimes when I open the Fitbit app is starts at the actual value of 9.3k and then jumps up to 13k.

Today is the first time this happened. Not sure if it's linked to the first time I subscribed to Premium.

Thanks a lot for the time to invest in getting in touch with us and the pictures you provided! 

This seems to be a particular bug of the app, there isn't any emergen issue related to steps discrepancy within the app. With that said, keeping the app always running the latest updates available will significantly decrees the chance to end it up with glitches like this. 

In any case, I'd like to see if logging out of the app and logging back in can fix the issue!

This is an issue I also have that is making in hard to use the app, this isn't just 50 steps, I an losing thousands of steps daily because of this "glitch" that means I don't get step badges, and it means my data doesn't match up after the day is done. Is there anything that will be done? Logging in, resetting my phone, the app, and my fitbit does nothing. I doubt this is a fit bit sync issue, because the dashboard is synced with my fitbit.
