When setting up blaze the time was set on Pacific time. I have tried unsuccessfully to change to Sydney time. I've changed the time zone to Sydney but when it syncs it reverts to Pacific time.

First, let's try to force close the app and restart your phone. That should help the app reload and might work in getting the correct time to sync.
