LG G6 Notifications

I've had my Fitbit Blaze since Christmas 2018. I've had a G6 since it's launch. The notifications are iffy with the device at times. Unapiring and pairing again have seemed to help but this is annoying to do everytime there is an update. Are there any plans to fix this? Also, probably not related to the phone itself, bit i have had my Blaze set to run and it will not pick up and connect with the phone when the location is on. It also will restart itself after 1 mile when it gives that notification? Is this a known issue with the blaze?

Welcome to the Forums @Jer_em_mii.

It could be because the LG G6 is not on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully tested and optimized to work with those phones and thus issues like this may arise.

While the app can work as long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that some issues will happen. Some users of phones not on that list have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps helped them, so it's definitely worth a try.

For the restart, is it the Blaze that restarts after notifications? Or the phone? The connecting to GPS situation, this could also be because the phone is not on the list.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
