Fitbit App, version 2.66, can't enable notifications.

Ever since the latest update I can't enable notifications. I go into the notifications option in the menu and get as far as the enable notifications page. The setting is in the correct position but can get no further....

Have tried reinstalling app but to no avail....

I have the same problem. Not even the test notification is coming thru. It also wont sync with the phone unless I force it and take 5 min.
