Sunday just gone was the last day my fitbit blaze synced with my app. Today I have been trying to re-pair it to my phones blutooth and nothing seems to be working. I have been having bad sleep over the last few days and I have desperately needed to see whats going wrong. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the Community @Apl_Ann and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following the instructions provided in the I can't sync my tracker - Android App post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give this a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work.

I had the same thing happen and it seems to be a problem with Bluetooth. Try this:
Open your Bluetooth settings on your phone. You should see your Blaze with a gear to the right. Click the gear then select "Forget". Then, turn off Bluetooth.
Next, open Fitbit and force a sync. It should ask to turn Bluetooth back on, do it and it should sync. (That is, if you are having the same problem I was having.)
Good luck!
