I use a HTC One S (Android Version 4.1), and every time I go through the hassle of restarting everything in all sorts of different orders, I go on to the Fitbit app for Android and when I enter everythign in correctly, I chose add device; Blaze; then it tells me to go to fitbit.com/setup instead of saying setup my device. What gives. I restarted everything (bluetooth, Blaze, Phone, PC, switching outlets, and nothing works). I go to add devices in Bluetooth settings, and the device comes up, but it says incorrect PIN/Passkey. Help.

Hello and welcome to the forums @BenjiManRunner
Can you just log into your account? I recently got a new phone and downloaded the app and just logged in and it was fine.
You shouldn't get a password/key error because Fitbit doesn't pair like typical bluetooth devices.
Let us know what happens.

I, too, have started having this issue. I updated the app, now it will not pair normally. I found if I put it in bluetooth classic mode, under settings, it will work. That is the only way so far.
I am using an LG G4, Android 6.0. Issue only started after updating app.

Thanks for sharing that @opie13 because it might help others with the same issue. I'm still on Android 5.
Welcome to the forums.

Yeah, I logged into account. Just adding Blaze won't work... On PC app it lets me chose Blaze just fine, but then one i accept and do all the buttons, it says USB Device not found etc...Eventually it asks me to connect a USB Dongle, but Blaze doesn't need Dongle. (I'd prefer the PC version over the others (Windows 10)).

Bluetooth classic mode is not really an option.
