Data lost

I got a new phone yesterday and when I logged on to my Fitbit app I have lost all my data apart from yesterday's, this is also the same for the dashboard online. Can I retrieve it back?

@Rainej, this usually indicates that you logged into the app with a different email address than the one you were using for your accound.

I have the same issue with my new phone.  I didn't have to log back in so it shouldn't be the email address

  I could really use past data, how do I get it back?
