Fitbit Blaze notification issues

I have a brand new fitbit blaze and I'm using a Motorola's motoG3 phone it has Android version 6. I have just started using it and right from the beginning I don't get any notification, although just once my watch displayed an incoming call but only after some time(maybe 5 mins late). What am I supposed to do?

Hello @Mj222, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! In this case the Moto G3 doesn't figure in our list of compatible devices. This can be for two reasons, either is not being tested or is not compatible with the Fitbit app and the tracker functionality. However  this information is unknown even for us as moderators.

 

it would not hurt to try the following suggestions for these scenarios: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
