handshake conflict @mercheg6, try turning off bluetooth on your mobile in settings or controls, waiting a few seconds and then switching back on. If still searching, reboot the mobile to clear the issue.
The communication only needs to go one way (tracker to mobile) to share data; but must go two ways to record history to your account.
