@Hio Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't getting notifications. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

I have the same problem with my charge 2 and nokia 8.1.

I check all method you mentioned but still can't receive notifications.

Still it can sync and update steps and heart rate.

Can you identify if this is fitbit's problem or phone's problem?

Are you plan to test and solve it?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 and I'm having the same issues after updating to Android version 9.

What I am seeing is a number of issues with the Bluetooth functionality in version 9. This may not be a fitbit issue but an OS issue.

I agree.  I really miss my notifications.  I have tried everything.

I have the same issue.

Fitbit Charge 2

Paired with Samsung Galaxy J5 runing Android 8.1.0 and notifications work fine.

Same Charge 2 paired with Sony Xperia XA2 running Android 9 and notifications do not work.

Been through all the troubleshooting steps. Fitbit tech support said my phone's not on their supported phones list so basically there is nothing they can do.

Without notifications I feel like I now have a very expensive Casio watch with a step counter that I could get for £10 from ebay.

My charge 2 died completely just after this started happening. I bought the Versa 2 and I'm very happy with it. Way more features than the charge 2. I tried the charge 3 and it was defective out of the box. White line across the screen. Took it back and upgraded. The Versa is so cool.

The recent Charge 2 firmware update 22.58.0 did not resolve this for me.
