Which phone do you have, @JaiFit2019 ? Please check to verify that it is on the list of supported devices. If it’s not, that may explain why you are not receiving notifications. If your phone is supported, let us know and we can troubleshoot farther.

I'm one of many with a Samsung A8 running Android 9 that can no longer see calls or messages. When I do a Bluetooth scan it shows it but then I can't pair so after the scan is done it doesn't show it as a connected device. I can still sync but no notifications from my phone. I also can't download the update, which may be fortunate.
