Fitbit Charge 2 synced but not updating

My Fitbit Charge 2 is synced but the information is not being updated on my Android summary eg Sleep score. It did work before so it shouldn't be a matter of how I am wearing it. Today's steps are visible on the Fitbit but not updating.

Hi @AoibhinnM for a user to see a sleep score, they first have to see Sleep Stages?

Do you have Sleep Stages displayed? Or do you see simple sleep?

Thank you. Yes .A , I realize that the problem is that I can't get the phone app to sync with my tracker. It keeps churning away but to no avail! I've spent ages checking my phone settings but maybe I missed something.

The phone settings you need are, internet, Bluetooth and location

Thank you. I had all of those on. Good news- it has just synced 5 minutes ago! Got all my info since 3 July. Still puzzled by why it didn't sync before but no need to waste everyone's time now working that out. Thanks for your support folks.
