My Fitbit charge HR doesnt pair with sony xperia z3. It is a device which is supported but it comes till the pairing screen asking for a pair code, post entering the pair code, it shows connecting and stays there for minutes finally showing try again. Tried restarting both the phone & fitbit. Re-installed hte app from adroid play store & even then no luck. This is frustrating.  Need some help here urgently

Hey there @asareen! Welcome to the Community! 

Let me help you out, since you have already tried these steps and the issue persists I recommend trying with a computer if you're not able to set it up contact support so they can review your options, you can take a look at the warranty before contacting them.
