My Fitbit Charge HR is no longer listed as a paired device in the Fitbit app and I cannot get it to pair again. My Bluetooth is on but my phone still won't find my Fitbit. The app wants me to setup my Fitbit all over again but I can't hold down the button for 3 seconds as instructed because that obviously starts the stop watch and such. I've had my Fitbit for a year and this is the first time I've had any problems! Please help! Thanks!

Hi @heatherg3253, Its nice to see new members around our Fitbit Community. Certainly is odd that your tracker was unpaired on its own.
Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. The latest version is 2.41 released on January 26th. Once you have updated the app, restart your phone and your tracker. For additional help to restart your Charge HR, take a look at the following post: How do I restart my Charge HR?
When you have done the previous steps, try to paired your tracker again on your existing account. For this the following instructions may provide you more information. You will find there the instructions for different devices including Android.
When the app tells you to press the button, skip this part and instead tap your tracker for the screen stay on while your phone finds your tracker.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
