Fitbit Charge Not Syncing to Samsung Note 10.1

I just received a Fitbit Charge and it will not automatically sync to the app. I am running the current versions of the Fitbit app and Android 5.1.1 and I am still experiencing issues. I have tried the fixes of disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth, a hard shut down of the app and the tablet and it will still not automatically sync. Any suggestions other than what I have already tried?

Hi there @MatthewHall02, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! As a matter of review after reading your post, I'm going to share with the following guide: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

However if is not automatically syncing make sure you have enable the options of All-Day Sync by going to your Account settings > Tap on your tracker and toggle On this option.

  • Turn on the Always Connected option in the Fitbit app. This setting improves the Bluetooth connection between your phone and Fitbit device. Note that turning on this feature may cause the battery on your Fitbit device to drain more quickly than normal.
  • Turn on All-Day Sync in the Fitbit app. This setting prompts your Fitbit device to periodically sync with the Fitbit app but may shorten battery life on your phone or Fitbit device.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
