Fitbit Charge slow to display incoming calls

This seems to happen most often when I answer my phone on the first ring. Sometimes I don't get notification of an incoming call until maybe 2 minutes later. On short calls, this has led me to believe a second call is coming in, when it is only being slow to react to the first one.

It is nice to see new members around @kmed! Don't worry, below you can find the instructions to restart your Fitbit Charge:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge. Your Charge will begin charging.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
3. Let go of the button.
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes! Cat Wink
