So i started at 220 the first week last week and unfortunately only am down to 216.2. Which is 3 . 8 pound loss. But the app after I entered it is saying it is only 2 pound loss. Does the body fat %play a roll in this or is a calculation in the Android app wrong

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Spineshade Smiley Very HappyCurrently a new App version was released, I recommend making sure you're running the latest one. Once you've checked this, please try logging out and logging back in.

Hope that helps!

Hmmm...strange let me say @Spineshade. I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support so they can further investigate why your weight loss is not showing correctly on your Android app.

Let me know what they say!

This is an annoying problem, I've downloaded the latest version and it's not working either.  It's been wrong since I got my fitbit in November 2015.  I really hope fitbit recognises this is an actual app problem and fixes it.  In most threads like this fitbit seems to brush it off  and only suggest logging in and out of the app.

My Android does the same thing. I lost 41.6 pounds and it shows 36.3 pounds.  I have called Fitbit support four times and went through about 10 emails with technical support. So far no answer.

@SadPanda, welcome to the Community! Robot wink As my friend  @MarreFitbit suggested, you have to contact Fitbit Support so they can further investigate why this is happening. I'm pretty sure they can find a solution for you.

@smwfit123, by any chance, did you try to edit your weight goal on your Fitbit app?

Have a nice day guys!
