Not able to sync to my android phone

Why is it asking me again n again after I got the vibration...n still not proceeding further pls some one help

Welcome ot the Fitbit Community @RashGuru! Do you get any error message? If you do, what does it say?

Also, share with me step by step or the action you're trying to perform where you're not able to continue. I noticed you mentioned that "you got the vibration", so I can think that you're trying to pair your tracker to your account. If that's what you're trying, please check out the instructions that @AlejandraFitbit share in this post. However, this time when  you get to the point where it says "press the button for 3 seconds" don't do that. Just press and release the button without holding it to turn the screen on.

 

If that is not what's happening, please reply to my questions above to continue helping you.

It's suggesting me to charge ...but it's fully charged ...n it tells me to keep it near my phone I did that too...no other fitbit near mine ....but still not able to sync I m so fed up ...of trying n trying

Yes I am pairing my tracker to phone n I deleted the app n re installed still it's not happening...it's not showing my sleep time...

If you tried to set it up your tracker, it means that you unpair it, so if you are having issues to pair it again, for example it is not connecting, then I suggest you to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, reboot the phone and then turn it on again. Then please make sure to follow the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post to pair your tracker on your Android phone.
